Just received news that I am duty clerk tomorrow and therefore I have to book in tonight. Last minute. Shocked. Who in the hell wants to book in when you have applied for off till Tuesday? I wanna curse and swear but I shall not do it on the web. Heck, and I have to do 5BX tomorrow morning now. Want to apply for off on Thursday and Wed night is OC evening meaning I won't book out till 9pm or later.

Good things never lasts...
This is gonna be my last blog from Korea, leaving for Incheon International Airport in slightly less than an hour's time. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Korea, the people, the food, the culture, the places and not forgetting, the "getting away from it all". Will be telling more about the trip when I get back and will also be uploading the pics.
Now the only thing is: How am I going to view all the recorded TV programs in 2 days?

Another long break...
Last day of my long break this week. Took off for Friday and Saturday. Saw quite a bit of things done over this long weekend. Had a nice rest on Thursday night and thereafter, it was a trip down to ICA to update the photo in my passport. Later, had a short shopping trip with my mum at Parco Bugis Junction and even bought a shirt to suit the theme of "Pesta Kampong", the LBSA dinner. It has been a long time since I had such a relaxed outing with my mum; a funny feeling because this was what I wanted to do, one year ago. After my As, taking a well-deserved rest. Alas, I didn't get it last year, so I shall make up for it this year.
Appreciation...getting it
Thereafter, it was down to the LBSA Appreciation and Award Presentation at Mandarin. Meritus Mandarin. I ended up at Marina Mandarin, managed by Meritus at 5pm sharp. Wrong Hotel. What? Wrong hotel? Arghhh! Oh well, took a taxi down but it was effort wasted. The preparation did not finish on time and the rehearsal for prize winners was cancelled and I ended up sitting alone, with no company for more than an hour. But when the whole event started, it felt really nice. The atmosphere was good, the people were friendly and the food was good. Only thing was Edmund could not go...
