Whew...time really flew...
It's term break...meaning I am half way thru my 1st sem and exams are coming...s***. Not exactly adapting well to things around, really, but at least the new friends made things much easier and people there are generally a nice bunch...
The above picture was made on the 26th of July; it was meant for an entry to celebrate the official crossing into uni life, but it will have to fit in here. The courses assigned and chosen for this sem are quite okay lar, I won't say it's the most interesting stuff they have but you will always have to start off with dry, intro courses, but the critical environment to challenge the "known" facts are easy for me to fit in...haha
Can't say anything in details or I may risk being charged under some laws used more than a decade or something =p
21st birthday..counting
I have 1 term paper and 1 term project due on 30 September, and 1 more presentation (cum essay) due on 2 October. A quiz for my elective on 28th September...
Celebrate my 21st birthday? Nay...no time to plan, execute and to enjoy...anyway I don't have a whole lot of people I would really call my close friends and I don't need to book a chalet and spend the whole night entertaining guest whom can't mix around with each another much...might just wanna go out and meet with some friends and to have a meal with my family (now extended)...
Materialism and me...
Been pretty materialistic for the past months prior to entering u, bought yself a whole lot os stuff to satisfy my own desires...
Bought them all on yahoo auctions...gosh, i'm getting hooked but the good thing i managed to sell some unwanted stuff as well...And not forgetting the rites of entering uni...*grinz*
And now, my wishlist...
