The feeling...

This is what 2 full days of study yielded...damn pissed actually...especially with the so many Mediacorp inside...tsk tsk...but average was 25.98, so it means i should still be pretty ok after moderation according to cumulative frequency =p

After this hurdle, I just don't feel like doing anything, despite having planned my calendar and seeing I have at least 2 deadlines to meet every week starting today...sianz...and exams aren't that far away...stressed...at least things are advancing bit by bit...i just hope everything will turn out fine...

But there's always a silver lining? Haha...AMAZING RACE IS BACK!!!

Hate

I hate not having accomplished anything during term break.
I hate having a mid-term exam and not having enough time to catch up on it.
I hate wanting to for Asian Aerospace but can't find time to.
I hate choosing a topic for my research and realising it may be too difficult to do.
I hate the impending deadlines pressing down on me.
I hate exams being slightly more than a month away.

I hate it.

Term break? What break?

Swarmed by deadlines and I'm not in the mood to do anything...816: presentation and annotated biblio, 108: video project and research paper, 103: midterm exam, 105:project 2, 106: individual speech 2, group presentation, mb103: marketing project and assessed article analysis...where in hell can i find time to do them all?

On a happier note, friends are making this damn life a little easier to get by...

Wanted to go sing K-box,but too ex so ended up creating a whole lot of noise at Cineleisure, playing Uno and Jenga..not to forget the wrap-it-urselfs...=)

Was hoping to finish that damn annotated biblio in one day, but it has been dragging on for 4 days already and I am nowhere near the finish point...

WTF...

They are raising school fees...again? It now costs 23340 bucks to finish my 4-year program...sheesh...and NTU had to come up with a 2-page news release when NUS simply said "to defray rising costs"...

CNY - Just a routine?

Everyone's blogging about how they spent their CNY; how family and friends gathered to enjoy this long-awaited yet seemingly short break from school, work, whatever. CNY sort of ended early for me again - the usual gorging-myself-till-my-stomach-almost-burst on the eve, the visits to my mum's side on Chu Yi, and my dad's on Chu Er...and that's about it...played some mahjong with my family and I didn't even bother to count whether I won or lose...then it was on to business as usual interwined into the festivities, doing my marketing article analysis, lit review for comms research, preparing my individual speech for 106...it sets me wondering if CNY is just becoming more of a routine - the feeling fades off a little every year and everything seems to be a little more of a formality.

Perhaps it's due to the age factor. 2 of my cousins recently had an addition to their family - cute little babies...1 did so last year, near CNY period as well, and my bro got married. Relatives (in SG) are dropping in numbers as some are studying overseas, those getting on in age does not want to move around too much. Nowadays, the fun of being teens are no longer there, no fun, just idle chit-chat...sighz...

Did I just burst that bubble of yours? Oh well, dun blame me...I am still struggling through my 103 presentatation and 105 project...and I can't find time to meet up with friends and ex-teachers...where has my Chinese New Year gone to?
